5. WHAT IDENTIFICATION SHOULD I PROVIDE?

The requirements will vary depending on the capacity in which you are appearing before the Notary. At the very least, we will need you to produce by way of formal identification the original of (in preferred order):

(a) your current passport (or, if not available); and

(b) a current new driving licence (with photo).

If neither of the above are available, at least two of the following:

(a) a current old style driving licence (without photo) or other formal means of identification;

(b) a utility bill showing your current address; or

(c) any other means of ID which may be referred to in the papers, sent to you as being required.

If any of the above does not incorporate a good photographic likeness, please have a recent photograph ready for us to retain with our records.
