REGULATION AND COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Our notarial practice is regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.

If you have a complaint about our service it may be that we are unaware of it.

Please raise the matter with us in the first instance and we shall try and put the matter right.

The Faculty Office may invite The Notaries Society to try to resolve the complaint under its Informal Complaints Procedure but this is a matter for the Faculty Office to decide.
